How do I know what to do next?
At first, you’ll decide what to do next the same ways you always have, whatever those ways are for you. As you learn how to direct your attention more and more to thoughts that feel good, some thoughts will attract similar thoughts until they become inspiration to act. When this happens, the action will be supercharged by that inspiration and you will find it easy to act with clarity, confidence and focus. The more often this inspiration and clarity emerges, the more they will guide you actions, and the smoother, happier, and more successful you life will become.How do I shift my attention to something that feels good to think about?
Lot’s of ways…try these…make up you own…experiment and find what works for you:
Ask yourself “What do I want instead?” Imagine already having whatever comes to mind. Once improvements in how you feel from imagining this have leveled off, release that thought and ask “What else do I want instead?”
Ask yourself, “What would make me really, really happy?” and imagine that it is already true.
Think of someone you love, a favorite activity, a pet, anything that it makes you happy to think about.
Imagine, listen to, play or sing some favorite music.
Do whatever you can to change the focus of your thoughts and attention to something that it feels better to think about
